How Will I know if you're the right therapist for me?
The only way to know for sure is to meet first! Finding the right therapist is an important part of the healing process. You might be a good fit for my practice if you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and who values moving at your pace.
Do you provide in-person or online counseling?
I offer both in-person sessions and secure telehealth (online) therapy. This allows for flexibility while still maintaining depth, connection, and confidentiality.
Is online counseling right for me?
Online counseling can be a great option if you value flexibility, have a busy schedule, or feel more comfortable meeting from your own space. Many clients find telehealth just as effective as in-person therapy. If you’re unsure, we can talk through your needs and preferences together to decide what feels most supportive.
who do you work with?
I primarily work with adults, with a special focus on individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, addiction, and identity exploration. I also support clients working through grief, attachment wounds, shame, and relational challenges.
What can i expect from therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative process. You can expect a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in safety. We’ll work together to explore what’s bringing you in, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools and insights that support healing and resilience. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, therapy unfolds at your pace.
what happens during the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll also share more about how I work and what therapy with me can look like.
how long to appointments last?
Individual sessions are typically 53 minutes.
how often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Over time, some choose to meet biweekly depending on their needs, goals, and capacity. We’ll revisit this together as therapy progresses.
How much do you charge?
Sessions fees are $120 per 53-minute session.
do you accept insurance?
I am currently in network with:
Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield / Carelon / Anthem, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Colorado Access, Colorado Community Health Alliance, Northeast Health Partners, Rocky Mountain Health Plan, United Healthcare, United Healthcare EAP
what is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to 100% of the session fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.
Are there any issues or types of clients that you don’t work with?
I do not provide crisis services, couples counseling, or treatment for severe substance dependence that requires a higher level of care. If your needs fall outside my scope, I will do my best to help you find appropriate resources or referrals that better support you.
