Trauma Informed Counseling

Support for individuals processing past or ongoing trauma, including relational trauma, betrayal, and attachment wounds. We'll focus on building stability, meaning-making, and nervous system awareness without pushing or re-traumatizing.

Recovery & Addiction Support

Therapy for individuals navigating recovery or questioning their relationship with substances. This work is non-judgmental, harm-reduction informed, and rooted in understanding the role substances may have played in coping or survival.

Anxiety, Shame, & Self-Worth

Support for overwhelming worry, inner criticism, shame, and feeling “stuck.” We'll explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, building self-compassion and resilience over time.

Identity, Relationships, & Life Transitions

A space to explore identity, boundaries, relationships, and periods of change, whether chosen or unexpected. We'll build reconnection with yourself during times of uncertainty or growth.

Session Fees

Individual sessions are $120 for a 53-minute appointment.

Hi! I’m Lori. I’m here to offer support, understanding, and a steady presence.

I believe healing unfolds in spaces where you can show up as you are without needing to perform, explain, or diminish your experience. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, often in the midst of trauma, grief, or significant life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating multiple perspectives to support meaningful change. I prioritize openness and compassion, helping clients gently explore patterns, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with what matters most. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions, creating a space that feels grounded, reflective, and paced with care.
